At Ninepine, we want you to feel confident in your activewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is processed smoothly and sustainably.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
